Yin/Yang Yoga- offers 30 minutes of Yin. Yin is the cooling yoga of surrender, acceptance, & release. We allow ourselves to be in stretches (or "shapes") for a longer period of time stimulating the yin parts of the body (bones & connective tissues). 30 minutes of Yang: the dynamic flow yoga we practice regularly. It activates heat energy in our body & energizes the muscular system. Yin/Yang yoga is the perfect balance of static & dynamic practice and leaves you feeling open, refreshed & ready to face the day with a positive outlook.

Yin Yoga- Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic Vinyasa style of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Poses are held for longer periods during this practice of quiet, stillness, & surrender.

Mindful Movement & Meditation- Take time to catch your breath, & create space in your mind & body during this practice that combines intentional movement and exploration of poses with meditative moments & relaxation.

Bhakti Yoga - Vinyasa yoga practice where mantra, meditation and philosophy are organically woven into the class. Bhakti is an expression of devotional sentiment held in the heart, based on compassion and devotion to Divinity. This dynamic, fluid vinyasa practice will awaken one's natural Bhakti, or devotion, within.

Soma Yoga - A modern yoga with ancient roots. Soma Yoga brings the wisdom of somatic movement education to your hatha yoga & meditation practice.  Chronic tension patterns change as the body regains its innate ability to self-correct to ease and efficiency (neuromuscular re-patterning).  These practices support agility, equanimity and quiet mind.  Somatic movement Education liberates us from layers of involuntary holding patterns, expanding our possibilities for moving and thus, living.  Awareness of habitual moving, thinking and attention patterns is possible; and with awareness sits liberation.

Yoga Nidra - Did you know that 10 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to one hour of sleep??? Yoga Nidra brings about an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental processes to a state of supreme stillness and insight. Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, and go to Deep Sleep, yet remain awake.
No experience needed.

Yoga for Athletes - Yoga for Athletes is a recovery class designed for athletes looking to stretch and relax their muscles to help improve their performance and reduce the risk of injury. This class offers a balance of yoga, breath-work and relaxation that will strengthen your core and improve your balance and flexibility. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Chair Yoga - Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. It is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  Students can learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation, with the aid of a chair. Great for anyone with knee issues or other joint or health issues.

Chakra Unwinding - a yogic practice that encourages exploration and aligning of the body’s energy centers, also called chakras.  Our intention is to unwind, open, clear, and balance energy flow through the seven chakras- or energy centers – of the subtle body.  Working from the root/base of the spine to the crown, the class focuses attention on each of the chakras using specific asanas (poses), movement flow,  visualization, and mantras (spoken affirmations). Exploratory, Creative, Life Affirming.  Come unwind and balance your energy system.
